Mom tried to post something but had errors - could not get it back when I tried to Edit it. Any how I hope this will be posted. Belle just called weather and Temp. was 103 degrees ! at 4/15 PM. Talk about hot and dry! Supposed to be a chance of rain next few days - we will see. Not much going on as you can imagine Hot as it is. I did go into trailer earlier to look at outlets with no power and noticed in small print "this outlet protected by GFI". So went into bath area and checked GFI plug there and it was tripped. Pushed button in to reset it and it worked! Called Dealer as there were no reset buttons on the two outlets in kitchen and found out they were wired in with one I had reset. Checked them and they were all on so that mystery solved. This may still leave you all mystified. I plan to mow in morning before it gets warm. It is supposed to be only 95 the next few days - real cold spell here. Sure hope we get some of that rain - only 9 inches behind.
Belle Here again:I have been trying to get Dad to blog, but he will not do it so I thought I would try. I ready enjoy reading the blogs and to know what everyone else is doing. It sounds as Christine is really busy getting her business going. Good luck.
Went to the doctor to get the results of the two tests I had taken a week or so ago. He said all was OK but that I had to have a stress test. Of course I did not pass the stress test and I have to have a Nuclear Stress Test made next Wed. It takes most of the day to complete. I have had 3 made through the years but he said the last one was four year ago and this was the only way he could tell what is going on. The shortness of breath is what worries me the most. So I guess I have to - here goes again.
Well, Here I go again. The week went by so fast, as they all do. Every time I turn around its the weekend. We went to a wedding in Tyler yesterday. Some friends who use to camp with us, the wife (Joy) died in Sept. 2004. She was Mrs Lamb's only sister. A beautiful, classy lady, an artist. The husband got married to a lady from their church. It was a nice wedding but a little sad for us. We went with another couple and Mr and Mrs Lamb and two of their daughter's went together. So there was eight of us and we all had lunch at Luby's. I got my liver and onions which was great. That is the only place I get to eat some. The day was just about gone by the time we got home.
Most of you already know what we have been doing this week, Anyway-Here goes. We have had another dry week with lots of grass fires and it doesn't look too good for next week either. We did have a little cool front come through but now the wind is from the south and it will warm up quickly.
Have not posted for so long sure no one checks this much anymore. Yes we did survive another year - hoping 2006 is a great year for all of the family. We went to an Anniversary party given by a couple in our Good Sam club, their 57 th. We had 6 couples - lots of good food. We had our Cholesterol levels made at free clinic on Thursday; mine came back 177 so I could enjoy. Mom's too high but she always eats smart.
